John Marrero, Pitmaster John was raised along the East Coast and Palm Bay, Florida. His passion for cooking can be traced back to his mother's kitchen where he learned how important a good meal is to family. John's love for cooking expanded and he started to cook for friends, churches and community outreaches. His heart has always been in BBQ & Grilling. After taking competition BBQ classes he realized the need for quality BBQ in South Florida. In 2o15, Burnt Offering BBQ CO was launched and John started to share Home-Style BBQ with food lovers all over Palm Beach County. He is more than just a Pitmaster. John is truly a craftsman that constantly pushes himself to ensure that people taste and experience true BBQ- whether it's their first time, or they've been eating it all their lives.
